turns out the game charts are no different than the music or film charts. occasionally something of note makes it to the top, but most of the time its what gets the biggest marketing budget that wins out.

Gaming truely has been accepted by the mainstream.

People are still buying Wii Play?

There's a lesson to be learned, free accessories= big money.

Who Wants To Be A Millionaire was top for 18 weeks?!? I remember it was top for a bit but bloody hell. Must have been nothing worthwhile out then, just like now I suppose. :(

I actually own WWTBAM on PS1, it's a really terrible game. Quite shocking it holds the record, it's utter shite. Anyway, Godfather 2 shouldn't be there, it's garbage, and surprised that Wii Fit remains at number 1. Still, that's because of all the housewives and girls buying it, I suppose.
