Preview: Goblin fungus cheese

As we all know, the coolest thing about Stalker was the guys sitting around a campfire, plucking acoustic guitars. Now imagine that instead of a grubby Ukrainian anorak, it's a goblin strumming away on a banjo. Best game ever, surely?... read more

GameTrailers have the presentation up here, here and here.

I can't see it myself. I mean, I can see what they're aiming for but there just isn't enough on show at the moment to convince me that they'll pull it off (particularly given the devs pedigree).

Looks cool but i wish it were first person.Combat looks pretty arcade :( .Oh and the goblin's armor looks real shiny and attractive in the trailer, they had better dampen it and make it look real tatty if they want to prove it's barely nothing.

Sounds like a damn good idea tbh. Don't know why the reviewer raved about the combat, in those trailers it looked fairly hack 'nd slash to me.

It sound like a great idea. Hope it works in practice - particularly the combat. Sounds at like something i have been wanting for a while - logical ranges to attacks, lots of different moves to learn.

A bit more depth than Oblivions:

Hold Right click, left click, left click. Repeat 10,000 times, win game approach.

Set anticipation level to: Hopeful
