Plan was to buy this on XBLA but im sarting to think the pc version with my xbox pad might be better, I think more people will be on it and I wont have to pay for live either.

I think that might be wise, it's the sort of game that is unlikely to find traction on XBLA sadly. Works nicely with the Xbox pad but I found keyboard controls offered more precision over movement.
