Thats just p**s poor, was there ever any concrete reason for it not meeting certification to begin with?

Yeah i'm still peeved about that! and I still don't know the reason why it hasn't made an appearance.
I could purchase it through my US account, but once downloaded onto my PS3, can I still play it through my EU account is what I want to know?
