If you take say the top 100 franchises of all time, can't say there's much of SEGA in there. When you look at SEGA's racing game history, the likes of Burnout, Need for Speed (the few good ones), PGR, Forza and GT, they missed the boat big time. In fact, you could take a lot of genres and franchises and SEGA have virtually sunk. After certain games on the Dreamcast, that was it. But in all fairness, their last SEGA Rally game was decent, but a new Daytona USA would of been a much better option. A massive Golden Axe game (Skyrim style) is what SEGA should be aiming for, instead of these quick arcade games. You look at other games/franchises and SEGA had something there to do the same. Going back to the Shenmue 3 debate, you look at how many Yakuza games SEGA has knocked out, it's virtually Shenmue in disguise. It could well be Shenmue 3, but I'm dreaming.
