Can't wait for this. Here's hoping the music is just as emotive, the writing is just as hilarious, the game references are just as abundant, and the story is just as heart-breaking. *Sob*

s**t, where's my man-badge? I'm sure it was here a second ago...

Heard some brilliant things about To The Moon, brilliant things.

Unfortunately I haven't played it myself, would love to see these come to the home consoles.

You could always give the demo a go. It's really not demanding at all. It'll run on pretty much any PC you put it on. Also, while it doesn't include native controller-support, you can download a small programme called Joy to Key and configure it. Just tested it out a little bit right now and it seems to work pretty well.

You can get the demo here: http://freebirdgames.com/to_the_moon/

Just play it on PC. Its the least taxing game ever. if you can run a snes emulator you can play To The Moon.

It is one of the best games i've ever played in my 20 odd years of gaming. If you're not a blubbing wreck by the end of it you have no soul.

You're very welcome, sir. :D

If you do decide to download Joy to Key so you can play it with controller, I can send you over my configuration file for it so you don't have to bother tinkering with it yourself.

I actually opened the programme myself a little while ago and didn't understand any of it. Fortunately I had a preset I made from when I did understand it.

You mad mad fool, it was on sale the other day on steam. Anyroads I started it up to see if it worked (stupid I know butpc games find any excuse to not work straight away) and was laughing within the first few seconds.

This comments thread pleases me greatly. The more people that play To The Moon the better.

Not sure if you got my PM. It's sitting in my 'Outbox' folder but not in my 'Sent messages' folder. I don't know how this bastard works.

Me too, I just want people to experience it and appreciate it. Finished it in a night when I stayed up late drinking whisky. Had me crying my eyes out like a little girl, such a brilliant game and I think everyone who hasn't played it is missing out on a crucial experience.

My 8 year old son sat and watched me play To The Moon from beginning to end, making me read out what all the characters were saying as if I were reading him a book. It was something like 11:30pm before we finally got finished and he went to bed, a really great experience.

Can't wait for A Bird Story.

Give yourself around 4 hours, and just be ready to weep. Gut-wrenching, unforgettable. I was shouting at the monitor as if I'd been kill-stealed by a 10 year old towards the ending.

If ever there was a way to forget those 4 hours, and then re-play it again afresh, I'd do it in an instant.
