In more obvious news, EA do not condone driving like a nutcase, Rockstar do not condone mass murder and Nintendo do not condone jumping on turtles while eating mushrooms.

I can think of many ways to harm a whale, in a game you don't need to kill it, You could catapult onion peelings into it's eyes.
