Watch us try (and fail) to take the first two bosses

You know what the most terrifying thing about Dark Souls is? The thought of playing it for upwards of thirty hours and missing cool things like the Drake Sword. Or developing a character for hours only to find you've actually just created the biggest loser ever to escape the Undead Asylum.... read more

How many times will you be invaded while you're still trying to build your character? So annoying :P

My advice, take the thief class purely for thief ring. It will help you get some items early that can be of benefit to you.

I'll be happy to help out but I do fear that too much help so early will take away some of the magic of your first DS playthrough.

I have some questions.
How long will you be streaming for?
Are we following your journey from beginning to completion?
Are the stream monsters allowed to join your game and physically help you out?
Lastly, what system are you playing on?
....needless to say, I had the last laugh!

I wouldn't be too worried about that, I've played the first couple of hours a bunch of times but just wasn't very good at it and missed stuff like the Drake Sword, which is why I'm doing this.

I'm just going to go with the flow and end when it feels right. 2 hours at the very least.

If it's popular enough, I'll keep playing on with the same character. I won't be playing the game off stream, so any progress I make will be broadcasted.

Stream monsters can join in if they want. I'm playing on Xbox 360

Ahh, I thought you were going into the game blind.

I hope it does prove to be popular as I'd like to be there to witness another person's reaction just as they beat the final boss. Mine involved a lot of air punching and a lot of name-calling aimed at my fallen foe. Felt good, man.

As someone who has put in well over 200 hours and 1000g this i can honestly say that the drake sword is a waste of time. Being an intelligence build is the best bet for beginners.

I like the idea of this but as someone who is stillstruggling with the Bell Gargoyles after a year I'd rather see it done by a pro. Watching you fail against the Asylum Demon is painful! Good idea though keep these streams coming. Streets of Rage was great. :D

360 version, had a few frame rate issues here and there but it might have been down to streaming.

I enjoyed it, apart from the odd chat troll here and there. You definitely need to make it a regular feature until you finish it, I reckon it'd be a lot of fun. Not necessarily for Tamoor of course but us viewers will be thoroughly entertained.

More please.
