Splendid, let's just hope that they don't give Europe the middle finger again.

The biggest shock tomorrow night would be if they announced a worldwide release on the same date!

So, if those prices prove to be true then you're probably looking at around £299 and £349 at current exchange rates. Around £50 more than the Wii-U basic and Premium editions, but I'm pretty sure launching with a few more must buy titles. Also, hoping the November launch date includes Europe. 8)

Let's hope we don't get the usual US price to UK currency conversion on new console launches which tends to involve just changing the $ to a £ instead :?
£300 i can live with but i personally wont be bothering if its more...

So with the US prices the PS4 is likely to cost 529.00 USD = 342.926 GBP Plus the tax probs about £399 Sigh.... and no its not worth getting the lower SKU cause it will suck and probally have only 12GB

I hope there's no PS4 shown. I want to see the internet explode in rage.

Just mention that you didn't think the Mass Effect 3 ending was that bad and you'll get the same effect :D

I'm curious to see how many playstation players will suddenly claim how a paid online service is not a big deal.

Pad looks much more comfortable and hopefully easier to clean!

LMFAO, my thoughts exactly. For me personally i'm delighted as i will be buying a PS4 and coming from Xbox live this is exactly what i wanted to here. A paid for premium service just like Live.

It won't be if the service is worth it. Paying to play your games online isn't worth it. I have the option to pay for PS+ and I choose to because I believe its worth it. I use L'oreal because i'm worth it

Aside from there being a subscription...and a name, you know nothing of what this service will offer. Yet you are still pleased to be able to pay them money?

Well, it's your money I guess. :p Me personally I'm going to wait and see what they offer in this "service" before declaring whether it's better or not.

I have a PC and a WiiU for online gaming and that costs zero per month. So will be interesting to see what Sony can offer to make paying money for such a service seem worth it.

I'll be stunned if it releases over here this year. Even if their current plan is to give it a simultaneous worldwide release, I can see it being delayed over here later in the year.

We've never got electric items at current exchange rates. We usually pay like for like
