It looks like considerable fun, though I am attached to the simple whip-crouch-jump mechanics...

Thank goodness. When I first saw this, I was worried that it had gone all-out brawler, with the exploration chucked in favour of spectacle and fisticuffs. Now that I've been proved wrong, this may be the first Castlevania game I pick up!

You get to play as someone called Trevor. It was always gonna be pretty good. I hope 'Nige' is available as DLC.

Which makes no difference! Super Metroid wont be any better because it's a tiny bit faster - it's what I don't get about the complaints. The only thing it might make a difference on is games that rely on speed, so maybe Mario Kart and F Zero!

I'm only complaining because it's lazy on Nintendo's part. I'm sure I'll enjoy it nonetheless.
