This is brilliant news. Hopefully Yukes will go the way of THQ and disappear forever, dreadful company.

Agreed with DAEDALUS and honestly it should never have taken THQ going under for this to finally happen, it should've gone to someone else years ago.

Hopefully whoever takes on WWE under 2K will bring new ideas and a new direction to the series, it needs completely rebuilding from the ground up.

Needs a new 'hair engine' as well. Swear the WWE games have had the same models since the 90's. Long hair looks like uncooked spaghetti strapped to a mop head.

Agreed. I used to buy the WWE games every year but they have turned awful these past few years.

Take 2 have some highly rated sports games so hopefully they can change the WWE games for the better.

Hopefully this will "reboot" the series. The games the past few years have really suffered from the annual release.
The game needed a new engine about 4 years ago. WWE games could benefit from the euphoria animation system.

Totally agree, THQ terrible company, great licences and ips but every year they mess things up. As a wwe fan, this is the best news ever, giving us rubbish for the last 3 instalments.

i hope this is true, although Attitude Era was a amazing blast through the past the wwe games have only got worse as the series has gone on, hopefully 2k can refresh the series.
