No bidders for Vigil.

Koch got themselves Volition and Metro, they're the winners tonight.

I wonder if they'll make it a Uplay exclusive. Because my mind is a dark place.

Well SP fans, look forward to the game being released in 4 editons all with some of the game's content split up into console/edition exclusivity.
EA Sports: It's in the game(for a price).

How does one dislike Ubisoft? To 'hate' them like that when (to me) they're one of the better companies out there, it's rather hard to gauge your tastes and perspective on things. That being said, then what publishers do you sincerely like?

Why are people getting bummed out over Ubisoft publishing South Park? It could have been picked up by someone a lot worse. (no names mentioned, but two big green vowels)

I can't see anything bad coming out of it. Considering how bad some companies are in dealing with their developers, and considering the kind of people Stone and Parker are, this really could have gone a lot worse. If someone had picked them up, and for some reason demanded change, I can guarantee that Stone and Parker would have been their arses, resulting in a massive push back. Just an opinion.

Hate's a strong word, activision is worse. Ubisoft is mostly just a disappointment because of how they've handled AC. They also have this air of desperation surrounding all of their decisions, like they are dying to become EA. I'm wary of ubisoft really. Judging by gamer's appreciation of their products, they seem to have some good if not great developers working for them, i just cant help but think they'd all be better somewhere else. When it comes to publishers i like, oddly enough i'm fond of sega, though they are in trouble, and sony, though i'm incredibly worried about how they'll be doing buisiness in the future.
