Too Human pulled from Xbox Live

Postby Drusus » 18 Jan 2013, 21:40

I've been stocking up on copies of this, I feel like it'll be talked about for a while and not that many sold, I have four sealed and a few open, give it twenty years. It's actually a pretty good game, incredibly flawed but the story and characters are all pretty solid. I was actually pretty sad to see the end screen as I had an idea they would never get another out. I hate Dyack for what he's done to Silicon Knights this gen, I think the ego got too big. They were a solid studio last gen.

You know I actually enjoyed the game. I remember being hooked on the idea once pre 360 release videos showed the universe it was set in and just loving it. The eventual game wasn't all that polished and had a lot of niggles but I honestly felt they could've made an even more solid game once time for a sequel came about. This news was the final nail in the coffin of a long, long end to the series but it really is sad to see one of the series that actually got me interested in this gen won't be developed further.

Jebus I remember thinking that sounded cool but opted for a PS3.

As are the two people that are actually at Silicon Knights, I'll bet. Hi Mr. and Mrs. Dyak.

I thought it was a great idea. It was flawed but fun.
