Personally i love the console, i cant imagine ever going back to Nintendo unless its one of the triple A franchises.....Or a new advance wars.

its not as easy as that.
they have spent millions developing it and customers have bought it. they can't just wright it off and walk away and loose money and the confidence of the customer that have bought it.
What they can do is sit down and think of some killer app that can drive the sales implement it with a firmware update, cut the price and make it a must have accessory for PS3/PS4 owners.
the one that sticks out in my mind is to update all current and future sony developed titles and allow them to be streamed to the vita like what wii u does. once they get that working the 3rd party developers can then do the same if they choose to.

Finished Uncharted GA and enjoyed it more than Uncharted 3, Gravity Rush is a li'l gem of a game and utilizes the Vita's functions perfectly and Peace Walking is just plain awesome (I know it's a PSP game but it plays better with dual analogues).

What it really needs is a price cut and some good steady games, otherwise its potentially game over and that would be a loss for all concerned as the poor machine really is good and deserves a break, its not gonna get it however unless the price comes well down!
