No your not, your getting one game, it just means that you can now only play it on 2 consoles compared to the disc version, which is not only cheaper but can be played on any console you take it to. I can see the argument in sharing a game with a friend, therefore splitting the cost but even then some of them will still be £30 per person, if you wait about a month you could pick up a disc copy for the same.
The fact is £20 over retail is just an absolute joke.
