Update: On the UK Marketplace It seems that you cannot access the DLC from the Dashboard you need to access it from within the game its self. Also it seems my save has been corrupted >:( Excuse me while I just destroy the world.....

^ If there isn't a cloud save storage thing on 360 then that's a big blow to lose your Skyrim save. I'm on PS3 so naturally I haven't played the game in many months.

All is good, no saves were lost, it seems that one of my DLC packages was corrupted and couldn't be loaded so I just redownloaded them all. Works find now.

I kinda dodged taking an arrow to the knee on that one.

Gah!
Once again PC users get a swift kick between the legs and PS3'rs are left bleeding in the moonlight while Bethesda wines and dines those with an X-box.

*grumble grumble grumble*

Lucky, one of the last times I played the game on PS3, it began to play really slowly again like the Rimlag thing that happened. Only happened in 1 snow area though, but I have no desire to play it any more with the way PS3 owners have been treated. I'm sure the DLC will be great, but I don't want to play any of it.
