UK retailers won't budge on Wii U launch prices

The basic model is not worthwhile and with the deluxe at that price, no thanks, it's not a big enough evolution for the price. I'll wait till next Christmas, then re-evaluate if it is worthwhile and closer to £150.

I pre-ordered mine from Amazon as soon as it was available so I got mine for £285. Or I should do if it makes it today. It's 'out for delivery' at the moment. It's HDNL though, who are absolute clowns and never deliver on time.

Megatron: Which one is it?
Optimus Prime: It's the one that says Bad motherf**ker

Well I'm planning on waiting outside a branch of Game in Sussex tomorrow and robbing it from a smelly, tattooed up, slightly confused old man.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to stay on my toes.

Preordered on day one from Zavvi, got the Zombie bundle for £299 before they hiked the price up. I'm happy with that. :)

I'll wait for a price drop and some games.

I don't need another console right now as I have approximately thirty games I need to play to any degree on the PS3, 360 and Wii to say I've got value for money out of them.

Well bugger me, your least convincing disguise yet!

Why must I be outed? :P

I don't know why, but I keep losing log ins, so I connected with Facebook - not thrilled about having my real name on the boards but meh, I've got nothing to hide except all the stuff I have to hide.
