Pretty awesome and lucky but I wonder how he will handle real human beings with different personalities and ambitions.

That's pretty cool, but like Helloladies said, dealing wiith real life people is a different story altogether. Good thing they're Scandinavian!

That is pretty amazing even if it is only the Azerbaijan league. I always thought about applying for my local non league club's manager position just because i was amazing on football manager just for a laugh, who knows now i could have got a job there lol!
