Another awesome game to buy! Think I'll opt for the PC version, due to the console issues.

I wasn't expecting reviews over a week before release. I guess they were confident that they'd made a great game, and rightly so apparently. I can't wait, this will be the game that helps me beat my crippling Halo 4 addiction.

Have the Insane Edition pre-ordered for the PC, and like the console versions it has split screen co-op :D

Doesn't sound like a 9.4 from the text and the text suggests it has a fair amount of issues, odd design choices and things that made me sigh.......

BUT

It sounds like they've addressed a lot of the things I hated about Far Cry 2 so this has moved ahead of Hitman on my 'to buy' list, if PS All Stars turns out to be a proper munter then I'll trade that for this.

It saddens me but I might wait a week, let those console bugs get swatted with a patch.

Great until I read
In truth, Far Cry 3 doesn't end as well as it begins

then the emphasis of

Downers The finale disappoints

How does it disappoint? I know you don't want to spoil the end but Is it flat out stupidly bad ala Mass effect 3 and make whole chunks of what you just did meaningless, or does it just not quite reach the heights of the game?

This was looking special and it has delivered by all accounts.

Interested to see which is the better engine, this or AC3.

Ubisoft and not on the Wii U, makes me wonder why?

Give me it. NOW. My machine needs a good whipping, as it's been mockingly laughing at Dishonored.

Won't be getting this on release as the Wii U's coming the same day, but I've been thinking this looks pretty good, so hopefully will be a few quid cheaper by chrimbo.

Sounds amazing. So much to do, it sounds like RDR with the beautiful world and random encounters, gambling, hunting, hunting challenges, bounties etc. Love the new checkpoint system where you can clear them out (and stealth now works!) and then a small friendly settlement crops up there, should really make you feel like you're changing the world. Can't wait!
