Postby illage2 » 20 Nov 2012, 12:26

Yeah, when are you fixing "Live Tweet" as I can't send pictures from it?

This is going to be number 2 on my downloads list tonight as I have Borderlands 2 DLC to download.

some of these should have been there from the start, but in all it's a great update, better late than never.

I'm interested to see how the touch-pads can be utilised in PSOne games.

One thing is for certain, the Vita is a lot more capable than 3DS with it's much better browser and youtube application.

Forget PS Plus, forget the browser and forget the email app - the big news for me is the custom resolution setting for PS1 games! Some games have looked like crap in the resolutions provided as defaults - the most irritating being Final Fantasy VI which is dreadful in any of the defaults. Now I can play in proper fullscreen with that setting! I don't mind the stretching so much - I find the black bars far more distracting, and PAL games on Vita are... poor... as a result without the custom setting. Final Fantasy VII also looks much better :)

If i only owned myself a Vita and a PS3 i'd be loving PS+ right now, maybe if it came a few years earlier i would have.

I've yet to buy a Vita but i'm really interested in it, if the plus package is just as good as the consoles then i think i'd go for it when i eventually got round to buying one.

Also is the PS+ package assigned to the one account? like say i've got a ps3 and a vita, will it be active on both console and handheld? Or would you need to get 2 subscriptions?

Tell me about it. I love my 3DS XL but my God that browser is crap. I swear the Wii browser is more capable and that is 6 years old!
Now playing - Trine 2 Director's Cut, Dino Crisis 2, Devil May Cry, The Cave

It's just one subscription per account, so the PS+ package is assigned to an account, not a device. You can be using that account on (I think up to 3) activated PS3s and/or Vitas, with a single plus subscription.

This is the greatest update of all time.

My favorite change? Saving screenshots in the background. It was a chore before but now it's awce.

Me too actually. I've updated and the content is nowhere to be found. I assume that the store has not yet updated...
