only a fools fool of a took, would give them the disk back. I'm sure it under some consumer rights thing that they don't have to give anything back.

Why would they bother either way? They paid for the full game and got exactly that albeit with demo written on the disk, they haven't lost or gained anything here and no ones rights are being challenged.

It's because people don't always read CVG and as such don't know that it's the full game.
