Black Ops Vita dev Nihilistic reforming as nStigate, shiftin

The bad news here is that the Vita is losing another set of developers, those FPS coding skills (whatever you think of the game) would be a valuable asset for Sony. But if they go elsewhere, it leaves the Vita with one less core set of dev skills. Having built up experience on other people's franchises, I'd have hoped Nihilistic would have gone on to do their own new and unqiue game that could help sell the console.

Looks like terminal decline is about to set in.

1. These guts are REALLY bad at coming up with names for their company...

2. Cod on vita is going to be the biggest joke to ever grace a handheld. Every preview, first play, hands on has been trying to "soften the blow" for the horrendous review scores it's going to get. No wonder these guys want to change their company name and distance themselves as much as possible.

Way to ruin 2 great IP's on the Vita! This game company shouldn't be making games because they havn't put out something good ever since 1996. Way to make bad games then change your name to hide it from future publishers that would be nuts to do work with you guys...
