Yes, it always gets leaked a month or so earlier than the release date. Microsoft probably has an asshole over there.

Is it really worth being banned from Live for being able to play it a few weeks early?

So we are banning people for playing a game they have purchased early now? Is that what gaming has got to?

If they are pirates then fine, ban the hell out of them, you'll get no argument from me there. If however they are legitimate gamers who have bought the game early they are legally not at fault for using their product. It is the store that sold it to them that is in the wrong (legally at least). Banning someone for using something they have purchased is both morally wrong and illegal. I would like to know how M$ know whether the people playing this game have pirated it or purchased it?

If you have purchased it with the understanding that playing it is okay then you have a case.

Stores/retailers breaking release dates is not, nor ever has been, illegal. However, if these have been stolen by an inside source then sold on by a retailer then that is a crime.

Well plenty of us have to wait until Nov 6th, so I say ban these assholes for having it this early.

It's pretty early for a shop to release it already, a week early sure, but not just under a month early.

I hate these assholes who get it early and then brag about it on YouTube and forums like they're someone special, I say mods on forums and YouTube should ban them too.

Thinking I'm going to have to! Really looking forward to Halo 4- heck, every time I merely mention it my underpant elastic snaps and propels my undies across the room.

Too much information? Sure. But sharing is caring.

Bang on, if some scumbag has nicked it or knowingly 'borrowed' some in advance of a relase date that is theft and if some prick buys them then a ban should be the least of their worries.

Which version? I've got the updated version on Xbox720, it's far superior and is Kinect 2 enabled.
