T5 Labs has not explained why it has shifted its focus from OnLive and to Gaikai.

Perhaps because Onlive have no money, but somehow they think Sony does?

But yeah, patent trolls

not completely opposed to cloud gaming. it has some uses, such as what has been suggested by Sony like emulating games from previous hardware that ordinarily would be expensive to remake, and thus maybe prohibiting developers from releasing some classic games. in the future, this could be very useful. they could implement this feature into psn
and charge a small fee, and whole new catalogue of games open up to users, without need of extra expense to the hardware.
otherwise agree.

with everyone else in regards to the reason they've switched the focus of lawsuit. sounds last roll of dice really.

I'm sick of patent wars, consumer always loses!

In the past it was to protect small inventing establishments , now its used for anti competition.

Not like Sony can afford it either what with massive losses.

Patents are getting pathetic. Corps want to run everything - I tell ye it'll be like Syndicate in the future.
