47-minute Animal Crossing 3DS video demo reveals new details

What this game needs is a method to visit others' villages without them being there. There was a perfect opportunity on wii with Wii Connect24 or whatever it was called but that didn't happen.
3ds should allow you to save a spot pass and street pass version of the village that people can visit any time and which then gets synced to your village later on.

Stand-up comedy is going to be hard to get right. A lot of comics get their biggest laughs from mildly or very offensive material, anything from insulting people in the audience to insulting whole swathes of society. Nintendo won't want to do that, but they need to have something better up their sleeves than puns.

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PART OF THE GAME.
RIP CVG. Future can get stuffed.
