Now that is a collection. Now just depends on the price and of course a western release.

If only they would have made all the games playable on the PS3. As it is, this is a missed opportunity. I could live without playing FFIII, but not having the chance to play FFX and FFXII on the PS3 really sucks. I'm quite sure there are more people like me out there who has already bought the games at their original release, so it doesn't make sense to buy this as a collectors item unless all the games would be playable on the PS3.

It's a collectors item, as you said, most people won't be buying it to rip the packaging off and play the games.

A rerelease on Blu-ray would hardly be very collectible. This is (for the most part) the FF games as they were originally released, and something you have in a glass case on your wall!

10 was my favourite then 7 and 8.

I agree about the blu-ray or download choice with compatibility for Vita or PS3.

This would not go up in value for a good 20 years so not really worth collecting to store.

Saying that FF7 is going for between £20 and £60 on ebay!!!

Wait, when it says like "FFI - PS1" and "FFIII - PSP" and such, does that mean you're getting a PS1 game and a PSP game or just that particular version of the game for the PS3? The former is what people seem to be suggesting, but the latter makes more sense surely?
