I love it. It's how source should have been. wish they would get rid of the silly map design though, so much unnecessary crap on screen

Where's the MP5?

Coming with a paid for DLC upgrade soon, I'd hazard a guess....

Ive heard that CS has no ADS, is this true? Im interested in playing this on PS3 as I love the idea of a good realistic tactical shooter but would really like it if it had the ads.

There has never been and DLC for the previous games, so I highly doubt that the same will be happening in CS:GO.

Most of the changes were decided between e-Sports players (both 1.6 and Source players).

And even if there is problems with the game on launch...they will be fixed through updates. Just don't expect any major updates to the consoles. The PC version will always dominate the Console version (Just look at how many updates TF2 got on the PC and compare it to the amount of times it has been updated on consoles).

@EvilWatermelon - That is true...Except snipers, you can ADS on the AWP, Scout etc.

Ill certainly be downloading this, counter strike is one of the few games I really miss from my pc gaming days. That said, I cant see consoles matching the crazyness that pc mods allowed back in the day, maybe next gen user created content can become as big and impressive as it was on the pc half a decade ago.

Where's the MP5?

Probably winging its way in the form of a hat in future DLC.

What needs to be evolutionary about it? The game is a classic, and it doesn't need to change in any major way, it needs to continue to refine itself, which is what Valve did here.

I can't stand it when reviewers always want "X" games year after year to suddenly become brand new experiences...

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Good. Stay out of CS, your kind would only ruin it anyway.

Or the fact that the EU PSN version is nowhere to be seen.

I just had a look on the EU Blog archives and there is not a single post on Counter Strike GO.

i bought this a day before release, only tried the offline Bot mode but it's decent.. the graphics upgrade is minimal but i think the extra effects are a nice touch.

seems like it's an overall decent upgrade, good price as well considering.. . personally i was hoping you would be able to throw a few knives in this game, like you could in Soldier of Fortune 2.. man i swear i loved that game online back in 2002.

Hopefully if HL3 uses the same engine then it is upgraded a lot more.
