Remember the bit in Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness when Marlow picked off 500 people from behind cover? Er, us neither. But, despite its almost ceaseless violence, this German-made third-person shooter is less 'inspired' by Conrad's novel as full-on remaking it. (Or, at least remaking it via Apocalypse Now.)... read more

The demo and the use of Heart Of Darkness intelligently already sold this to me, but good to know it's worth the punt.

Good news then Panda they're patching it in post release. so you shouldn't be lonely for too long.

I was sold on this after playing the demo. But now i know its got some trippy sections even more so.

The demo didn't impress me too much, it controlled nicely but it felt like just another shooter to me.

Sounds like there's a bit more to it than that but if I'm gonna buy I'll wait til it's closer to the 15 quid mark.

Not for me until it's cheap I think, looks a bit awkward, the setting seems dull and contrived but it's getting ok reviews so may pick it up down the line.

The story can't decide whether death is meaningful or meaningless

That should go as a plus in my book?
