I'd buy that for a dollar.

How was the game engine so unworkable/not complete if Mass Effect 1, TCs Rainbow Six Vegas and Mirrors Edge worked with it fine back then, and to a lesser extent Lost Odessey, MoH Airbourne and even Bioshock.

No game engine could possibly have saved Too Human from Dennis Dyack, unless the game engine itself shot Dyack and hired a competent studio head.

Too Human's failures can all be attributed to decisions Dyack made, he's such an arrogant man though he'd rather find blame elsewhere than admit he made a succession of bad choices design wise during this games long creation.

A better game engine would've resulted in a far more shiny and fluid turd, still a turd.

Does anyone else sense a certain someone trying to shift blame ?!??!?

Dyack - admit defeat, you could of had any game engine and the game would still have been utterly awful. It's not Epic's fault, it's not because the tide was out - it was YOUR fault, YOU are the studio head and YOU are responsible for the product.

The difficulty with UE3 initially is quite well known, especially for the PS3, where a significant number of
PS3 games running on UE3 were delivered months after the other versions.

So would that be the UE or the architecture of the PS3 causing these delays? UE worked fine on other systems as the list by Sherlock says. Too Human just appeared to be an average game at best and not 1/2 the game that was hyped by SK and Dyack. 8)

Dyack is an arrogant pratt anyway and as has already been said many other developers made great games with Unreal Engine 3 at that time.

I wouldn't even give him the satisfaction of that $1 to be honest.

If Epic have to pay SK that money, give it to them in cents in a little plastic money bag. They can go to the bank and change it up for a dollar.
