Assassin's Creed 3: The Wii U revolution

Postby goggy » 16 Apr 2012, 19:40

Never really cared much for Assassins Creed.

The processing power of Wii U means that the increased crowd size and detail within New York and Boston will be a perfect fit for the HD console.

^^I liked that bit though :)

Good point, well made. Still, will pick this up for the U at some stage. New setting looks great and the exclusive features should make it the version to pick-up. Going to be a strong line-up at launch.

Never really enjoyed any Assassins Creed to date, feeling as they do/are a lot of style over substance. Still, I'm about as big a Nintendo fan as possible having picked up the SNES, N64, Gamecube and Wii all at launch, the WiiU shall be no different. Games such as this and Darksiders shall now be a welcome option while I/we wait for those Nintendo exclusive masterpieces, making other developers weep in the process. I'm going to love it while the WiiU is in circulation reading/watching comparison videos of identical games and - hopefully - watching the WiiU versions come out on top, only to p**s the supposed "hardcore" off.

His missus must be pretty depressed if he only gets his kicks from comparison videos and hoping someone somewhere is upset by them. That's actually some real freaky s**t.

But then again, watching a giant turtle repeatedly kidnap your girlfriend will do that to a man.
Here's a lockpick, now jog on.

Well, finally a piece of news that shut up my PC-loving brother. This should make more developers take Ninty seriously, at any rate.
I return for no particular reason.
