Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D misses UK top 40

Postby paddyrx8 » 12 Mar 2012, 13:20

I will be getting this at some point, just waiting to finish Resident Evil Revelations first. There have been so many A+ titles on 3DS and the HD MGS collection, I just feel MGS 3d has got over looked or people just can't afford it.

Snake Eater is by far the best MGS game I think and does not deserve to be on the shelf.

Not surprised, the lack of advertising is the main problem, and a major problem in general for nintendo consoles.
3rd party games rarely get any promotion, like they think they will just magically sell a million copies without any hype.

Another big reason is probably the HD collection. I just got that last month and although I'd like to see it in 3D, I don't really want to shell out for the same game twice in the space of a month!

I know I didn't get it because of the terrible demo.

too many AAA games coming within a short time space. Nobody's gonna get a remake while u could get a brand new original game of course. Just wrong timing for release. I'm still getting it, but not now.

Exactly. Why buy the 3DS version of MGS3 when you can get the MGS HD collection and get 2 extra games as well. Plus you get Peace Walker HD which is excellent and worth price alone.

Why are they so surprised? A: it is an old game that many MGS fans probably still own for their PS2s. B: being an awesome old game, people have probably played it to death. And C: the HD collection is better value (which many of you have pointed out).
Now playing - Trine 2 Director's Cut, Dino Crisis 2, Devil May Cry, The Cave
