If anyone's still wanting this, try Morrisons. They have it for £24.99 today.

I'd rather cut my own legs off with a saw than pay for this turd, but appreciate the heads up

So once again the majority of reviews say the exact opposite of what I think. The game doesn't try or be anything its not, and focuses on mindless fun rather than trying to copy other shooters or include a hollow storyline. I have no issue with the AI as mentioned in other reviews, and even the aiming down the side which I hated from early videos has been tweaked and the gun no longer obscures the entire right hand side of the screen. The guns feel immensely powerful and satisfying to use, and most of the time when I hear a game is "four hours long" it usually takes me around 7 to complete as I like to take my time, explore and experiment rather than trying to finish it as soon as is physically possible so again I take this with a pinch of salt. Oh, what do I care? Having made up my own mind as an individual who's actually played it rather than just agreeing with the majority (who haven't) because its "cool", I enjoy it and that's all that matters to me.

Btw, wheres Cvgs review? The game is out today ffs.

£36.99. But buy it from HMV as you get a free BluRay of Bullitt with it. Worth the extra £3 and more.

My reviee:
clunky objective-based pap of Brink with a shallow attempt at being Bulletstorm.

Don't buy it, burn it....onto a blank dual layer disc.
I got a warning for saying what most people have probably thought.

I predicted the Wii U controllers use.

I'd feel ripped off using a Blu Ray disc! The games a f**king disgrace! It should go in the hall of shame with Duke Nukem, Haze, Medal of Honor and Homefront.

s**t controls, s**t gameplay, s**t ai, terrible graphics that PS2 games put to shame! Anyone recommending it is clearly an idiot considering the proper games available to buy.

It's nice to see there are some gamers left with standards :D.

I called this ever since I saw the first gameplay trailer.

EDIT: Read the Eurogamer review, they were very generous giving it 4/10, the reviewer had virtually nothing positive to say about it, I think they gave it 4/10 in the hope that it's a good enough score to stop them from being blacklisted by another publisher.

Played the demo and must say I thought it was bloody awful, it seems caught between about 5 different games, probably most like a cross between Homefront and Bulletstorm with clunky controls, stupid enemies and crap level design.

Oh well I still have BF3, Rage, Gears and MW3 to look forward to.

That's weird...i kind of liked it. I mean i liked the level design and the guns felt great, controls were a bit weird but i thought it was pretty good, or decent at least. Nice use of color, and very nice weapons.

Yeah demo was pretty terrible and seemed the graphics were pulled from the PS2. I don't think there was anything good about it.

Looks like Dodo is safe from leaving CVG then

No offense intended silver, but i think people are seriously getting a bit ridiculous with "ps2 graphics." Everyone go turn on your f**king playstations. Or go play a game from earlier this generation. You guys are just spoiled. Damn kids with your uncharted's and your killzone's.

Im sorry but it is PS2 level graphic texture wise. It doesn't even look half of 720p either. Its one ugly mother f**king game.
