Steam offers From Dust refunds

Postby JD_Method » 24 Aug 2011, 15:54

I got my refund for it before the game came out. But then I bought it from the ShopTo.net download service for cheaper.

Hmm... the game's good but, in regards to the PC version, it could have been better.

The game was OK for what was an £11.99 purchase, I really don't feel that aggrieved or that stingy to try and claw my money back. But as Ubi 'shifted the goal posts' so to speak then people are fully entitled to claim a refund.

No massive problems with From Dust on PC so far. It crashed once, but that's it. I'm not happy with the lack of options in terms of graphics and audio levels, but hopefull they'll sort out the drm issue with the patch.

Still furious at Ubisoft over this. One of my most looked forward to games and they f**ked it up completely, wouldn't go near it now :(
