Nice to see Codemasters taking the criticism of Dirt 2 on board - if the game really is 60% rally without Ken Block and Travis Whatshisname shouting "cool" words at me then this is a day-one purchase.

I'd still rather it be 100% rally, though.

300bhp audi quatro

300? If its the s1 in the screenshots that figure is laughably low, If its one of the older models then WHY ARNT THEY USING THE S1!!
If its not worth doing, its not worth doing right!!

I know I did, they sucked. Slow trucks and really bad handling aren't for me.

As for how Dirt 3 looks, it looks good. More rally, no trucks and less American presentation.

I personally really liked the trailblazer mode, but not so much rally cross or whatever the 'bash the gate' mode was called.

Will almost certainly be picking this up on day 1.

I think this sounds a lot better having more rally driving. The new mode also sounds good and something a little bit different. I did enjoy Dirt 2 however the sections where you raced as an eight or in the trucks were the worst parts. That said I did quite enjoy driving round in a Hummer smashing people up...

Gate crasher. I liked it because there was only a small amount in DiRT 2 and it was a good way to get used to the car handling at the start of the Tour mode.

I also quite liked the trucks too but if these have been replaced by 'proper' rallying then that's not a bad thing.
