Operation Flashpoint Red River: A co-op revolution?

My favorite mission in dragon rising was the beach landing where you learn to ignore the initial objectives and bolt straight for the as yet unmarked objectives. mmm gotta love trial an developer error progression.
Wait, I lie. It wasnt my favorite mission.

It's gonna have to be pretty damn impressive to tempt people after the steaming pile that was Dragon Rising. 4 player co-op is all well and good but is it gonna make the game stand out in a field of fps shooter's? I guess I'll rent it to see. Mind you, by the time this is ready so will Battlefield 3 and I know which I'd rather be playing...
