'it's a game'... if you judge it as a game - it's a crap one.
they should have shown some balls and made the "dj simulator" he seems trash.
there would be loads of potential for a quick, fun, balls about - to actual mixing of records via simple selection. different modes, beginner, expert etc. it would have been so simple. probably much more fun - and if you wanted to play with it for more than 2 minutes, gratifying.
the game itself could serve as a hub to sell individial unmixed tracks online like itunes or whatever, and you could have a shoutcast/live mix area online where people could tune in and give ratings, a whole community... even play b2b with a live opponent multiplayer!
instead, what... cheesy mashups and a plastic heap of junk.
