I guess I don't really acknowlledge Australia as a very 'game friendly' nation, what with their screwed up government not showing much support for the industry.

If anybody had bothered to drag themselves out of their snug cubbyholes they would know that games are released far later in Australia on the whole than anywhere else, and they cost a hell of a lot more than most places too.
So yes they are a year behind and yes the government isnt exactly pro gaming to the extent of being able to shoot unarmed civilians in games, or unarmed zombies for that matter...or those with arms..
