The great THQ bankruptcy auction

Postby BenThomasFoster » 22 Jan 2013, 17:14

Metro 2033 is the best first person shooter this generation, it almost matches half-life 2 but just didn't have a stella cast or budget like valve did,

I'm currently playing darksiders and bloody hell it has potential, i'm dissapointed in gamers not buying the sequal it bertty gud

CoH 2 looks pretty poor by relics standard but relic themselves are a talented bunch and would be a star buy for who ever nabs them, I wouldn't be supprised if EA snap them up and split them between their own devs to help kick their arses and produce better games

Major concerns for me is that Metro last light will not see the day, it's looking to be the greatest shooter ever
- I troll without realising it
- Don't listen to a word I say

I hope Warner Brothers picks up Darksiders. I don't know why, but that game just seems to 'fit' with their style.

Haven't tried the last two Saints Row games, but aside from maybe Darksiders, the rest of those games can go to the wall for all I care.

When I look at that list, it's no wonder they went bust.

What about Jason Rubin, is he up for auction, he seemed like a good guy. Also Codemasters racing should snap up MX Vs ATV it was great fun back in the day and maybe they could do something with it, and expand from just car racing.

I hope Metro LL makes it out onto the shelves unscathed. I dread to think if EA get their greddy mitts on that IP. The sequel will be out this time next year sporting co-op, multiplayer and 5 day one content packs. *shudder*
EA Sports: It's in the game(for a price).

Uh, you guys are acting as if WWE is a terrible franchise that nobody wants. The WWE games make the most money out of all of THQ's games..

Activision will probably buy Company of Heroes and rebrand it as Call of Duty Tactics.

I always thought it was Saints Row that got THQ the most sales.

Either way, going back to my 'who I would like to see buy' list, I would like EA to get the WWE license. Purely because EA have such great sports engines.

Imagine WWE14 being on the fight night engine. Imagine it!

What you going on about? Not one previous forum post contained anything about the WWE series. And the only mention of it in the article itself was that it was a lucrative franchise.
