The week ahead.

Postby rbt2 » 16 Dec 2012, 23:46

Got a really easy week next week in the follow up until xmas.
Going to Selhurst on Wednesday morn and picking up a mate on the way who has just moved down here from saaaaarf Laaaandan.
Going to theirs on the 28th or 29th I believe.
And gotta go out on the p**s on wednesday night but I really don't want to.
Unbelievably!
Might get some gaming in as I have fallen well behind.
So how is your run up to this xmas lark?

Got a bit of work to do in preparation of events in February for one of my major clients. Other than that pretty easy I hope. Out on the p**s on Friday with a few mates, kids finish school of Friday a well. So looking forward to having time off. Having to carry about 5 days over holiday-wise. Oh and having a nice meal at a local posh pub/restaurant on Thursday lunch time. Marvellous. Must play more paper mario in the meantime.

Typical southern ponce, rather get ripped off in your hoity toity supermarket than get your hands dirty.

And by dirty I mean covered in the delish juices of mature cheddar cheese and lean smoked bacon, my mouth is watering.

BTW I do it to help out my mum as she's getting on and it's too much for her to do it all by herself now and because I'm s**t hot at it too.

I'll be making bakewells, mince pies, cheese and bacon pastries, then our christmas ham.

Well I've just had another look on the Palace club shop site, shells....and that would be really hard to say if you had a lisp...but I can't see these car mats anywhere.
Seen mugs so perhaps that's it?

I won't be buying any Leicester ones in a hurry. Even though a bit of blue would go well with my blue car. I say blue but it's a bit s**t brown at the moment.

I have a Computer Programming exam, then a Linear Algebra exam, then a 'Fields, Waves and Light' exam next week.

In other words, a p**s easy run up to Christmas.

Not to sound soft or tarnish my manly, studmuffin persona, but good on you lad. You're a true gent.

I had to care for my Grandad for about 6 months a couple years ago and it was a ballache, especially as he had the telly on at full whack and it was some s**t on so I had to try and read a book in the same room to keep him company. But on this plus side I now have the ability to read a book even if I'm in a hurricane or a rock concert.

Anyroad, point being that it's always worth helping out the ones you love and I have a lot of respect for people who do.

Cor blimey, Log!
I know how you feel.
I took it in turns with me family this time last year to stay with our mum and she had the telly blasting out!
Just goes to show that there are nice people in the world still.
I don't include meself but there are nice people like you and dodo out there.
Still.
