Reporting posters.

Postby rbt2 » 15 Dec 2012, 17:15

Who does it on here then?
I personally haven't got much time for these little tittle-tattles.
We had blokes like this at school who got beat up on a regular basis.
And rightly so!
I have told my boy on many occassions not to be a snitch because I was blessed with a son and.not a daughter.
I would have been equally been happy with a daughter though as she would have been Palace through and through too and as long as she wasn't a snitchy little fuckpig.
But I digress.
As it goes in Goodfellas....'Never rat on your friends and always keep your mouth shut.'
Howzabout youse?

I'm worried about saying i've never fully seen Goodfellas now just in case it's reported.
Here's a lockpick, now jog on.

So you do think you're a gangster!

Goodfellas' good, but it's overrated I think, at least I'd prefer Once Upon a Time in America, Casino and Scarface over it, even American Gangster maybe. The Departed's a great modern one too, as is that miniseries The Fear with Peter Mullan. It's a bit unoriginal but The Godfather and part II are still my favourites over all others. There's a great quote in the first film that I think brings us neatly back onto topic.

"You talk about vengeance. Is vengeance going to bring your son back to you or my boy to me? I forgo the vengeance of my son. But my youngest son had to leave this country because of this Sollozzo business. So now I have to make arraignments to bring him back safely cleared of all these false charges. But I'm a superstitious man. And if some unluck accident should befall him, if he should be shot in the head by a police officer, or if should hang himself in his jail cell, or if he's struck by a bolt of lightning... *then I'm going to blame some of the people in this room*... and that, I do not forgive. But, that aside, let say that I swear, on the souls of my grandchildren, that I will not be the one to break the peace we have made here today."

That's all very well and good, doug but what do you think about constant snitchy bastards who report posters on here?
Those sorts really are nasty little c**ts, aren't they?
Your view, doug?

Not only snitchy, nasty little c**ts though, doug.
Spineless wankers too.
What do you think about them then, doug?
Real gutless scumbags, aren't they?

I think reporting posts that are abusive is the maturest way to deal with the problem, in gangster films they don't rat out guys to the pigs sure, but you must remember that they're also criminals, so maybe not the greatest role models. Besides, do you think that they'd find posting abusive messages on an internet forum any more respectable? They'd have anybody that crosses them killed most likely.

Also I find double posting far more heinous to be honest.

I dunno what's gone on here to bring this about but I just put the tele on and found myself getting aroused by a Saturdays video, so all man up cos your troubles aren't nearly as bad.

I am thinking about reporting anybody that brings Goodfellas up though. Because it always reminds me that my dvd of it is a s**tty flip half way through one. Bit upsetting really.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to stay on my toes.

I think whoever reports is pretty brave, they don't sit back they actually stand up and fight for what they believe in, just like soldiers. They're helping police the site and are using their time to try and improve it, they are fighting the good fight. Much braver than the people who don't report at all as they are too scared to get involved and just let everything slide, cowards too scared to do something, to fight.

I use the report button for advertisements or posts that are personal attacks that go beyond banter. I have reported myself on occasion, as my last weeks ban will testify.
Childhood pictures redeem, clean and so serene
See myself without ruining lines
Whole days throwing sticks into streams

I have crawled so far sideways
I recognise dim traces of creation

Early morning spam posts in the articles are terrible. If you see a name like winstonshelving on every stories last post then you know it's been hit.

I know what you are saying Barry. Recently I was commenting that hadn't I reported this yesterday?

Now if I was a worthless, s**t out c**t then I would report this.
However, I am not.
I honestly reckon that you would have the guts to say this to me face, Crispy.
And I admire that.
The fact that if you did say that to me face would end up with you getting the s**t kicked outta yer is neither here nor there.
You still had the guts in my opine.
Less a few rotting teeth.
