I won the GP by a mere 7 points! :) Was close & lots of fun.

We only did 5 races, but it still lasted a couple of hours. Will have to make it shorter tomorrow. Either three or four I reckon. doing a three race GP will leave some time for a few public games after.

Enjoyed the few games I had with you guys last night, was fun :D

If I didn't terminally crash in nearly every race I might have been up there :D. I was leading in Canada and killed my car, and leading in Monico but got a puncture on the final lap!

Not sure if I'll make it online tonight, if you see me about invite me :P

Thanks for the invite, and I do want to play at some point, but 8pm on a Monday? You clearly don't live with someone who needs to watch Eastenders, do you :(

Image No I do not. I dislike bellenders with a passion & wouldn't have that s**t on in my house no matter who wanted to watch it. I think I'd rather be single than have a missus who watched that tripe. :P

I'll be on again tonight. Will start a room from about 8.00/8.30 onwards.

Yeah I'm not one of those blokes who feels the need to moan about Eastenders, I can take it or leave it to be honest. It's not like I fancy thinking too hard about the TV I watch after a day of work.

Certainly wouldn't do myself out of a relationship because of it!

No, tbh, I probably wouldn't either. But at the same time, I probably don't have enough in common with someone who watches that crap to even get close to being in a relationship with them. It's brain rot & the arguing that goes on here is more than I can put up with. f**k sitting down in front of the TV every night for half an hour to watch even more of it. Bet she tunes in to Jeremy Kyle in the daytime to watch the chavs fling s**t at each other too. :P Maybe she should sign up to the forums? Image

Some good games again tonight with Shelster & chums. 20% races, although long, really do add an extra bit of strategy with the mandatory pit stop.

The people that have posted in this thread & haven't played with us yet are seriously missing out. Including all of you hen pecked gits that get roped in to watching Eastenders each night! :P Sorry, I'll stop now. :D

Seriously though, this game is a lot of fun when you get in a room with some like minded people that give each other the room they need on the corners. The invite is always there, 8-9pm, same bat channel, same bat time. ;)

I resent that remark! I managed to watch Eastenders AND play some F1 last night - I'm very clearly a free spirit...

It might be just my age and level of fitness, but is anyone else a bit drained after a few races? i'm not even paid to concentrate that hard!

@ monkey. may i recommend a wife and young child. it will help you to have less time playing and even things up a bit. or how about a lap head start?
Loving LCFC's surge to the top.

Yeah, the level of concentration needed to race a perfect race is insane, it really is. I like to think I can concentrate pretty well, but I still spin at least once per race. By the time I'm finished with a night on this game, I'm bloody knackered. Image

Hoping to get some epic games of F1 in tonight. Will be on from 8pm onwards, playing public sprint matches to start with.

Once we have a good number of peeps, will migrate over to a custom GP lobby.

Oh you!

We had a room of seven people tonight. Did a few public games & then a custom GP. All friends. How many friends have you had in a private match so far Daz? :P

If you play this on the PC, then you don't necessarily have the ability to throw your controller across the room - which I've found to be an integral part of the F1 2010 experience...
