Im still on the ship over to America as ive barely touched the game so far, I did notice the characters conversations were over lapping each other whilst in cutscenes, that and the protagonists incredibly quiet voice made it very hard to hear what was being said. I think ill wait a few days for the inevitable patch and then hopefully the game will be more enjoyable.

Doug, WHITEyy, Wishface, and anyone else who'd want to play, we should have a Wolf-pack game online and see how we get on. It'd be good fun, and maybe we could communicate where we think enemies are.

I'm up for it, providing we can find playing time together.

I would play but i'm not really sure woflpack is all that good besides i'm probably going to trade this game while the value's decent.

The homestead is broken: the bizarre cumulative penalty for crafting lots of stuff at once completely breaks the system besides which you can craft f**k all for ages. A complete waste of time and the menu is horrendous.

According to Game's online trade in price checker widget you can get £18 trade for this!

What a joke.

CEX are offering £30 cash, no need to give ebay any money!

"we aren't buying in at the moment, got no cash in the tills!"

:D

That's their normal line isn't it?

I might wait and trade it at HMV if they don't sell out of BO2 at midnight. I'm not really in the mood to fanny around on account of a video game.

As with sonar, the big problem with detection is interpreting the returning signals.

I don't think i'll be posting them something on the honour they will decide to pay me.

I've played through the story to the point where Connor has morphed into such an objectionable moron I think it would be detrimental to my own sanity to continue. Sequence 8, including Desmond's bit, are amont the worst sequences in gaming. Even Molyneux would struggle to top this. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Taking down the Borgias in ACB was glorious. Being a bullheaded iroquois bumbling his way through the revolution is just painful.

But it's competitive. What if someone beats you? Could you handle that? :P

I don't mind competitive games, but uncharted versus is just s**t.

Wolf pack is practically co-op anyway :P.

Apparently someone thought I would enjoy this for Christmas. Bit different from my usual fare, that's for sure. Is it any good? I've heard that it's meant to be a bit rubbish compared to the prequels.

Assuming you haven't played any of the others then the story won't make much sense, so it really comes down to how much you enjoy running around killing targets. The new ship battles are pretty good though.
