Too early to tell IMO.

Anything could happen to the teams between now and the World Cup so I'll predict when the tournament starts.

But so are Italy, Argentina, England, Scotland (ahem), Portugal and a load of others. Turkey and Korea aren't the kind of countries you'd expect to be runners up though, are they? It's like when Greece won Euro 2004.

seeds are fook all do do with wining the cup, it simnply reflect your current form.

And I will admit england's is not to bad.

Especially the result in they got in Argentina.
