SKY?! You posh bugger! Please tell me you're not doing it in 3D :D

I'll stick a film on then.

The kids watched all the Lord of the Rings films this week - took 'em 7 days, can't believe they sat through it all!

The Shining tonight I think.

Sorry Si.
I thought all us Southern gentlemen had Sky.
And sorry to say it mate but he just fell through the bar and we all laughed like it was the first time we had seen it.
Also, I have met Micky Pearce in real life.
And he is Micky Pearce in real life!

I used to have Sky, I thought 20 odd quid a month was too steep for the occasional epidode of The Simpsons.

Just Freeview for me these days I'm afraid.

Micky Pearce, heheh, bet he's a right laugh.

...just arriving at the Overlook Hotel... *shivers*

The Shining?
The book is scarier.
And Micky Pearce is as annoying in the flesh as he is on telly.
'Do you know who I am' kinda wanka.
Really disappointed me as I asked him if he knew who I was but he didn't!
Know nuffing c**t!

What number was the scary room?
Was it 237 or 327?
I don't remember now.

237

I'd love one of those wheelie cart things that Danny has. I'd cane it round the corridors.

Not sure about the twins though, or that s**t scary butler/waiter. Brrrrr

Oh yeah....237.
I know this sounds a bit girly, Si but I would never have a hotel room that was 237.
And Danny's trike was brilliant up until he met the twins.
f**king hell! I wanna see this film again but I can't.
What side is it on and has it got a +1 channel?

Oh yeah it's called a trike :)

It's on channel "My PS3" on DVD, so I'm afraid you're royally f**ked.

I think it's only 3 squid in HMV though.... if you hurry.

Kids asleep upstairs, me on the sofa with a film and a laptop... bit odd, but I like it!

All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Thinking about it, this is possibly one of the scariest films I have ever seen.
Kubrik film too so it must be good.
Ignoring 'Eyes Wide Shut' that is!

I love a scarey film - most dont really scare me I have to admit. This does give me the willies though, not in an Elton John way you understand.

I loved the original long version of Salems Lot, that properly s**t me up when I was 12. Not as much is it freaked my Mum out thoug (who wasn't watching it with me, in the same room, hiding behind a 70s pillow).

Wich reminds me, I've got Clockwork Orange somewhere, thats for next time the other half is away!

"You want some ice cream doc?!" brrrr

I reckon you and I are kindred spirits, Si as Salems Lot scared the s**t outta me when I was a kid too!
That little vampire boy floating at the bedroom window and scratching at it with his long nails affected me in youth and adulthood.
I still ain't quite right cos of that.
And clowns.
I hate clowns.
Not cos they scare me but cos I want to punch them in their stoopid red noses whenever I see one.
You ain't funny.
You ain't scary.
And you ain't funny.
However, I want to punch you hard on the nose.
And then in the scrotal area.
Which is just outside East Grinstead, I believe.
Either way, all clowns need a good punch up the bollox.

Yep we're clearly bummer boys!

That vampire bit with the window scratching, still gives me the shivers to this day (indeed right now while I think of it)!

I take it you haven't read/seen "IT" then? Clowns, brrrrr

I've said "brrrr" quite alot this evening!

PS. Scatman has just received a large axe to the chest. YAY!!!!
