How Britain Worked

Postby silversun_111 » 22 Oct 2012, 11:24

Guy Martin celebrates the workers of the Industrial Revolution by getting stuck into six of the country's biggest restoration projects, bringing some of the 19th century's most impressive engineering achievements back to life

Cracking bit of television last night, best I have seen on Channel 4 in a long time. I have alot of respect for Guy Martin, he is a very interesting and enthusiastic fellow, and very fast on a motorbike. He helps rebuild an old steam engine and highlights some of the real hard grafters on the train lines. Well worth a watch!

You see, in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig.
