People who own 3D televisions....

Postby rbt2 » 21 Jan 2013, 21:32

......are better than those who don't.
This is fact but feel free (D) to discuss.
With or without your 3D glasses.
Although most of you won't need to use those glasses as you are paupers without 21st century tellys.
And probably from the north.
And those that have really good tellys but are from the norf....what's it like to make do without the essentials?
Like food?
Still, as long as the old woman can go to the bingo on a wensdee neet, well that's all that matters really.
Isn't it?
You scum.
Discuss.

You do not agree with my quest. I understand that, so much as it is possible to understand someone with whom I disagree so completely.

Spam? Who sounds like a pauper now? They're still digging it up from the war!

As for 3D, well it's not for me as I just don't think it's very good and it makes it look like several flat layers at different depths, a la Street Fighter 2 on the snes.

I had a little view of my mates 50" 3dtv the other day. Was pretty nice, watching atenborough in 3d, although I had a hangover so it made me feel a little sick. Nearly shat myself when a frog jumped at me through the screen, the bastard.

I own a 3D TV and the problem I have with it is that there's not enough 3D content out there and the little there is most of it feels like an afterthought, like it was tacked on afterwards.

You do get the odd gem like Avatar or those Attenborough shows but a lot of it just feels kinda pointless or unnecessary.

I'll get a 3D telly when I don't have to wear stooopid glasses to see the effect. Or until my current one breaks...

My cat also likes jumping on my TV while I watch it rock back and forth precariously on it's stand!
He'll break it one day, not a small cat either being a six month old Maine coon!

I wish mine looked smaller. It's so monstrously huge that it scares the ladies away.

At least I think that's why they leave.
