My grans must be empty bingo pens or pegs then. Pegs because I used to stick loads on her coat as she was going out and she'd walk around with them dangling about and get funny looks. Then she'd get back and chase me and call me a little s**t and try pegging my face. I miss the old gal.
Like a midget at a urinal, I was going to have to stay on my toes.

And I have another thing to say about this.
A couple of summers ago, me sis and me mum were looking out the dining room window of me ma and pa's house.
They were commenting on how our dad would have loved that day as he was a real sun worshipper and would have been straight out in the garden sitting by the garden table soaking up the sun.
My old man loved the sun so much that he tried to talk me mum into moving to Australia(where one of his brothers moved to) when I was a little boy.
She didn't want that mainly because she didn't want to leave the rest of our family.
f**k me!
I could have been Australian, Queenie!
Anyhoo, whilst they were tsalking, this white feather floated down the window pane on the inside and me mum said to me sis....'that's your dad telling us he's alright.'
According to my sister, this white feather came from nowhere.
