Great site, funniest members.

Postby rbt2 » 03 Dec 2012, 22:07

Just had a look at a Palace site that I used to belong to. And then got kicked off of.
I always saw cvg as a secondary site back then.
However, looking at me old site just now I realise I was wrong.
Our lot on here are much funnier and nicer.
That is all.

This ain't a creepy crawley fred.
It really brought it home to me when Me and me boy, me older bruv and our mates were in the boozer before the game.
I was with a mate there who is a prominent member on the Palace website.
We had a little chat about this and I told him how I am a member of cvg now and that there is a mixture of northern and southern and Oirish and sweaty posters.
He couldn't believe this.
Well not the Northern part anyway.
Or the sweaty part.Or the Oirish part eevah.
But I digress.
This is what I love about this site.
We are all a big mix.
And I love it!

Well I can't give you a link, doug but I was rude to our then new owners.
Some other members didn't like it so I got kicked off.
I will say this though, and I hope this doesn't come across as big headed but the year before I had won Best Poster of the year....wadda nerd!

About me being poster of the year?
Truly I was a sight to behold.
Majestic even!
In actual fact, that year I was up for 3 categories....poster of the year....which I won, funniest poster....which I should have won and lifetime achievement award which I was robbed off but having said that, I won Poster Of The Year.
The best one.
And justifiably so!

I am one of these blokes that thinks he is really funny.
And I am!
In this real life and the virtual one.
I kill me sometimes.

This is true but unlike all of you, I won POSTER OF THE YEAR.
I should have also won the funniest poster category but there were some shennanigans going on there.
