I love Rotherham. Went there, got p**sed, won £50 from a pub full of locals before the game on a sweepstakes, then went to the footy match and kicked one of the panels out of the wall which got me a mention in a book! Good times.

I distrust patriotism; the reasonable man can find little in these days that is worth dying for. But dying against - there's enough iniquity in Europe to carry the most urbane or decadent into battle.

No it's not.

We'll have to agree to disagree since I think we might even have just a small portion of the details of the case and everybody's just making it out to be the politics they disagree with going mad! Imagine that!

It is being reported as that though Doug. If the council had a legitimate reason surely they'd have stated it had nothing to do with the couple's politics?

Sorry Roberto but you've gone too far with your Ireland bashing on MPK!

Without it we wouldn't have got Laura Whitmore.

Surely it almost makes up for the crap they've let slip out. Nearly.

Well they're either in damage control, formulating a proper response, or they can't legally come out with any further details about why the children were taken away. I haven't seen them say anything yet.

Brilliant series.

Very sad that Dermott Morgan (was that his name, paddys?) died so young.

A classic.
