I know it's batman! I'm not that special. Just didn't think we'd see shot from it for at least a year with it's 2016 release

 I'm slightly shocked as well. Avengers 2 is filming and I don't think Marvel have released a single shot form that yet.

WB are trying to build hype but this seems way to early to be showing off costumes and cars.

Love the stubbier, shorter ears. The material of the suit looks a bit too conveniently similar to Superman's though but I do like the way it seems there's a layer of protective material over his armour. That's not been done in the movies yet but in Arkham Asylum it has. The belt looks practical like in the Nolan films but those gauntlets look style over practicality. Loved it on first look but the more I think about it it looks like an uncomfortably, friendly and weird mix between Nolan and the comics. It certainly looks very Dark Knight Returns inspired which makes me wonder if Snyder is even going to bother setting MOS2 apart from Frank Miller's comic and not just lift their entire fight from it. The car looks alright but it's bordering on generically sci fi.

Avoiding those niggles, I think I quite like it. Could look a whole lot worse.

that one Batman image has got me really excited for the film, which is ridiculous as it's still two years away

rumour was that this is almost a Justice League origin, and then there will be a full JL film (possibly filmed back to back)

wonder if they have tied Affleck to a multi picture contract, like Marvel do..

and will the guy in Arrow, (the TV show) will be used?

is this a new thing with films? planning this far ahead, don't remember ever thinking about a film that was planned and dated 2/3 years ahead

hell they have Avatar 2, 3 & 4 set up, starting from 2016 I think

As you all know, I'm a complete sucker for Nolans movies and this looks like it could be a bit special as well.

So, they've finally officially named the Man of Steel sequel... Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, which to me is simultaneously a s**tty title and a clear sign they're after getting a Justice League movie out for the sake of the money.

I was laughing quite a lot watching that trailer this morning, I know a lot of people think they shouldn't do a sequel, but I like the look of that, I like it a lot

I wouldn't let Jim Carey into a cinema let alone be on a screen in one!
John Kettley is a weatherman.
And so is Michael Fish!
